摘　　要：实施"一带一路"战略、发展自由贸易区战略和创新驱动战略是新形势下中国实施的三大发展战略,也是粤港澳深度合作面临的三大历史机遇。应借助国家推进"一带一路"建设的战略机遇,促进粤港澳合作开放发展;借助国家加快自由贸易区建设的战略机遇,促进粤港澳深度融合发展;借助国家实行创新驱动发展的战略机遇,促进粤港澳合作创新发展。'One Road,One Belt',Free Trade Zone,and Innovation Driven Development are the three great developing strategies of our country under new situation,which are also three historical opportunities to the further cooperation of Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao. 'One Road,One Belt'Strategy can help promote the openness of the cooperation between Guangdong,Hong Kong and Macao; Free Trade Zone Strategy can help promote the deep integration of the three members; and Innovation Driven Strategy can help promote the innovation development of the cooperation.
