摘  要:在核电站管道系统中应用破前漏(LBB)技术后,对于满足LBB要求的管道系统,其管道发生破裂的概率极低,可以不用考虑其破裂效应,从而不必设计相应的防护措施。文中介绍了LBB技术及其应用要求,LBB技术分析流程,以及LBB技术中的关键技术—界值曲线的生成方法,并以某核电站项目非能动余热排出热交换器出口集管到蒸汽发生器之间的管道L113为例,对该管道进行了LBB分析评价。分析结果表明:该管道满足LBB要求,通过采用LBB技术,降低了设计、建造及维护的复杂性以及费用。After application of LBB to nuclear power plant piping, if LBB has been successfully applied for the piping sys- tem, piping has very low probabihty of rupture. Effects of the piping rupture can not be considered and the corresponding protec- tive measures don't have to be designed. LBB technology and request for its application and its analysis process and the method of producing bounding analysis curve which is key technology of LBB were introduced. In a nuclear power plant project, pipeline L113 between passive waste heat discharge heat exchanger outlet manifolds and vapor generator was taken as an example and LBB analysis of the piping L113 has been completed. The results indicate that LBB criteria are satisfied in the piping. By using LBB technology , the complexity and cost of the design, construction and operational are reduced.
