摘  要:为了研究机械插口接头的强度随管道力学性能及尺寸的变化,并改进接头强度的计算方法以保证其强度在工作压力作用下的均一性,文中采用Генки-Ильюшина的塑性变形理论对接头进行强度分析,采用有限元法与迭代和逐次逼近相结合的方法进行计算。深入分析了不同直径比和壁厚,不同弹塑性管材以及工作压力对机械插口接头的影响。对提高接头在不同初始参数条件下的强度均一性提出建议。To investigate the strength of the cone-spigot connections under the different factors that determine the dissimilarity of the connected pipes on the mechanical properties and dimensions and to improve the calculation method to ensure the uni- form strength under working pressure, the Генки-Ильюшина deformation theory of plasticity was used to analyse the joint strength. The calculations were carried out by the finite element method in conjunction with methods and iterations of successive approximations. Influence of the following properties of the pipe: the ratio of diameters and wall thicknesses, the mechanical properties of metals within the elastic and plastic deformations, as well as the operating pressure on the mechanical strength of the cone-spigot connections were analyzed. The recommendations were made allowing to provide uniform strength of cone-spigot con- nection with various combinations of initial parameters.
