摘　　要：文中介绍了一种可为海管三层聚乙烯(3LPE)外防腐层提供粗糙表面的国产聚乙烯防滑颗粒材料及其应用工艺,测试了撒布聚乙烯防滑颗粒的混凝土配重管防腐层与配重层界面间的剪切强度,较好地满足了工程项目需要,实现了海管配重用聚乙烯防滑颗粒国产化。A kind of anti-slip pellet which can provide roughness for 3 layer polyethylene external coating for subsea pipeline and its application proeess was introduced in this paper. Shear stress between concrete weight coaling and polyethylene coaling of polyethylene anti-slip granules was tested, and the resuh reveals that it meets the requirements of projects and implements the domnestication of sea pipe with polyethylene anti-slip granules.
