摘 要:对ErFeO_3材料的制备以及其对可见光和激光的隐身性能进行了研究。通过采用高温固相法,制得了在不同煅烧温度下的材料样品。通过对XRD图、漫反射光谱的分析,发现对激光吸收起主要作用的成分是ErFeO_3。煅烧温度为1300℃,厚度约为0.2 mm的材料样品在1.55μm处的吸收率达到了37.5%。反射光束的空间分布近似于朗伯余弦分布,且当入射功率小于80μW时,材料样品对激光吸收良好,而当大于80μW时,吸收达到饱和。宏观上,材料样品呈现土红色,所研究的ErFeO_3材料兼具可见光和激光隐身的效果。The preparation of ErFeO3 material and its visible light and laser stealth performance were studied. By using high temperature solid phase method,the material samples under different calcination temperatures are prepared. Through the analysis of XRD picture and diffuse reflection spectra,the main laser absorption component is ErFeO3. Absorption rate of material sample with the calcination temperature of 1300 ℃ and the thickness of about 0.2 mm reaches 37.5% at 1.55 μm wavelength. The spatial distribution of the reflected beam is similar to Lambert cosine distribution. When the incident power is below 80 μW,laser absorption of material sample is good. But when the incident power is above 80 μW,the laser absorption is saturated. Because material samples present the earthy red,the ErFeO3 material has the effect of visible light stealth and laser stealth.
