摘  要:从黄土高原水土保持生态建设和黄河治理开发重大实践的需求出发,回顾了黄河水土保持基本理论方面的研究进展,包括土壤侵蚀规律、水土保持减水减沙作用、粗泥沙集中来源区界定等,介绍了水土流失治理技术发展和科研平台建设现状。根据黄河流域水土流失治理现状,提出了水土保持科研存在的问题和未来的发展方向,给出了研究手段、方法、对象、内容方面的发展建议。Based on the demand of soil and water conservation ecological building of the loess plateau and the Yellow River control and development,the paper reviewed the progress of study on the basic theory of soil and water conservation of the Yellow River,including soil erosion law,runoff and sediment reduction function of soil and water conservation and the definition of original concentrated coarse sand area and introduced the development of soil and water loss control technique and the status of research platform building. It put forward the existing problems in the scientific research of soil and water conservation and development orientation in the future and gave suggestions on the means,method,object and contents of study based on the present status of soil and water control of the Yellow River basin.
