摘　　要：浙江省历史文化村落涵盖了省域内的中国历史文化名村、中国传统村落,以及古建筑村落、自然生态村落和民俗风情村落。历史文化村落是中国乡土文化遗产的博物馆,是"乡愁"记忆的百科全书,也是中国国学的思想宝库,及时保护利用功在当代、惠及子孙。对历史文化村落的保护利用,树立正确的观念、科学规划和严格执行最重要,持续而有保障的土地、资金和传统技艺投入是关键,正确处理各利益主体之间错综复杂的关系是保障。The historic and cultural villages in Zhejiang province covers famous ancient Chinese cultural villages,traditional villages and villages with ancient architectural buildings,natural ecological villages,and villages with remarkable folk customs.These villages are museums of heritages of Chinese local culture,encyclopedia of nostalgia memory,and also treasure houses of Chinese national studies.Proper protection and utilization of these villages will benefit both the present and future generations,in which we should have correct concept,scientific planning and strict implementation,and give continuous guarantee in land,capital and technology.At the same time,the perplexed relations among various interest subjects should be dealt with rationally.
