成都地区中老年人群GA参考值范围的建立

摘　　要：目的 建立并研究酶学检测糖化血清白蛋白（GA）的参考值范围,为临床研究与诊疗提供基础参考数据。方法 选取年龄在40~80年之间1 000例志愿者,各志愿者经检查符合纳入标准的共681例。按年龄分为4组,每组又以性别分为两个亚组。使用Lucica GA-L试剂盒检测入选志愿者的血清糖化白蛋白,并统计分析实验结果。结果681例志愿者的GA水平呈正态分布,95%的区间值为（13.2±2.58）%。其分布与年龄呈明显正相关（P〈0.05）,与性别无关,同时还与体质指数（BMI）、甘油三脂（TG）呈负相关,与高密度脂蛋白（HDL）、糖化血红蛋白（HbA1c）呈正相关。结论 成都地区中老年糖耐量正常人群GA的参考值范围为（10.67~15.83）%。Objective To study on the reference range of serum glycated albumin in healthy middle aged and elderly population in Chengdu. Methods 1000 volunteers were selected to measure the fasting glucose （FBG）, postprandial blood glucose （2hPG）, HbAlc and GA. 681 individuals aged 40-80 years with normal glucose tolerance were included in the current data analysis. All of 681 individuals were separated into 4 groups in line accordance with different age. Every group was divides into 2 subgroups by gender. The level of glycated albumin was measured by enzymatic method （I.uciea@GA-L） and the result was statistic analyzed by SPSS18.0 . Results GA was normally distributed in our study population. The 95% confidence interval of mean of GA was （13.2±2.58）0//00. The level of GA was associated with age. GA value was negatively correlated with BM1 and TG, but positively correlated with HbAlc and HDL. Conclusion The reference range of GA measured by enzymatic method （Luciea@GA-L）is 10.67%-15.83%
