干燥综合征“燥毒瘀”理论研究及活血解毒方研究述评

摘　　要：干燥综合征属中医"燥痹"范畴,其发病与"燥毒瘀"密切相关。本课题组在此基础上,以"滋阴润燥,活血解毒"为法,自拟"活血解毒方"治疗燥痹。研究显示,其能有效降低患者外周血中炎性指标的表达水平,改善患者临床症状与体征;还可减轻NOD小鼠的病理表现、炎性程度,改善其分泌功能,延缓疾病的进程。本方无明显不良反应,患者依从性好,远期疗效明确。本研究探讨了"燥毒瘀"的发病机制,丰富了"活血解毒方"的现代生物学内涵。Sjogren syndrome（SS） is categorized as ‘dry arthralgia＇ in traditional Chinese medicine,whose pathogenesis is closely related to the dryness and toxin and blood stasis.Based on the methods of nourishing yin to moisten dryness,promoting blood and circulation detoxifying,Huoxue Jiedu Formula was an effective prescription for dry arthralgia created by our group.Previous research reported that Huoxue Jiedu Formula effectively reduced levels of inflammatory factors in the peripheral blood,and improved the clinical symptoms and signs.It also reduced the pathological changes,the inflammatory factors secretion,delaying the course of the disease.Meanwhile,the patient compliance is good and it has no obvious side effects with a clear longterm curative effect.This study discussed the pathogenesis of dryness and toxin and blood stasis,which enriched the modern biological connotation of ‘Huoxue Jiedu Formula＇.
