摘　　要：妇人腹痛是妇科常见杂病之一,主要表现为小腹疼痛、下腹坠胀,腰底酸痛等不适,现代医学中盆腔炎、盆腔瘀血综合征等均属于妇人腹痛的范畴,而当中又以慢性盆腔炎占大多数。蔡小荪对妇人腹痛的诊治,在继承祖辈的经验上,发扬创新,总结出自己的一套诊治规律和验方,临床运用,屡建显效。笔者仔细解读蔡小荪用药经验及诊疗思路,结合古医书,挖掘蔡小荪治疗妇人腹痛经验方以便传承,现将蔡小荪治疗妇人腹痛的经验介绍如下。Woman abdominal pain is one of common gynecological diseases,the main performance for the lower abdomen pain,abdominal bulge,bottom of the waist pain and discomfort,the pelvic inflammation,pelvic congestion comprehensive syndrome of modern medicine all belong to the category of woman abdominal pain,and in chronic pelvic inflammatory disease accounted for the majority.CAI Xiao-sun diagnosed and treated woman abdominal pain,drawed lessons from inherit ancestral experience,promoted innovation,summed up its own set of rules of diagnosis and treatment and prescription,clinical application,repeated to build effective.The authors carefully read CAI Xiao-sun medication experience and treatment ideas,combined with the ancient medical books,mining CAI Xiao-sun treatment woman abdominal pain experience to inheritance.Now the experience of the treatment of abdominal pain in the elderly is as follows.
