摘　　要：中医不传之秘在于量。许多老中医手中有绝招,其中之巧在于药物用量及药方用法。张志远教授无私传授其临床经验,如其师承瑞麒公之经验,应用补阳还五汤治疗冠心病属气虚血瘀者时,黄芪之用量最少要达100g;另指出若是柴胡用量达30g,可能导致女性月经早至;运用瓜蒂散催吐时,要配合体位及以物探吐,否则患者可能呕吐不出。The secret of TCM is the dosage of herbs.Many old TCM doctors have unique experience on the dosage and usage of herbs and formula.Professor ZHANG Zhi-yuan teaches us his unique clinical experience sell essly.For example,according to the experience of Ruiqi,a minimum of 100 g of Huangqi in Buyang Huanwu Decoction is needed in the treatment of coronary heart disease in syndrome of qi dei ciency and blood stasis;It can cause menstruation coming earlier if the dosage of Chaihu applied more than 30g;It is important to cooperate with the position of body and irritate throat with chicken feather when applying Guadi Powder,otherwise,it is possible that patients may not vomit.
