摘　　要：梳理总结李国栋教授临床中辨证论治肛门瘙痒症的经验和用药特点。李老师认为本病多由内而发,感受风热、湿热邪气或者血虚风燥而致病,所以多采用标本兼治,内外同治之法,运用清热利湿、养血凉血、熄风润燥止痒之品,内服的同时外用草药熏洗或封闭注射术,临床收效明显。This article combed and summarized professor LI Guo-dong＇s experience in differentiating and treating pruritus ani,and his drug-used characteristics.Professor LI considers that this disease often caused by endogenous causes such as suf ering from wind-heart,dampness-heart,blood dei ciency and wind-dry,so the treatments for this disease are treating both symptoms and root causes and treating both internal and external causes.In clinic,treating with drugs for clearing heat and promoting dieresis,nourishing blood and cooling blood,moistening dryness and calming endogenous wind,herbal fumigation,and sealed injection all can obtain obvious curative effect.
