摘　　要：非糜烂性反流病(NERD)是胃食管反流病(GERD)的一个重要分型。GERD是指胃内容物反流入食管,引起不适症状和(或)并发症的一种疾病。NERD是一种难治性的功能性疾病,中医药治疗NERD有巨大优势,主要表现在改善临床症状,减轻症状重叠,降低复发率,改善生活质量,较少不良反应,耐药性低,效费比高等方面。Gastroesophageal rel ux disease（GERD） was a common alimentary system disease caused by gastric contents regurgitating into esophagus,where non erosive rel ux disease（NERD） thought as a refractory functional disease is one of important types.However,there are many advantages of the treatment of TCM for NERD.Specially,the treatment of TCM helps to relieve clinical symptoms and symptoms overlap,decrease the recurrence rate,improve life quality,reduce adverse reactions,low drug resistance,and cost.
