摘 要:目的:建立适用于诺丽果质量评价的分析方法。方法:按照《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部附录方法测定其水分、灰分;采用紫外分光光度法测定其黄酮、多糖含量;采用高效液相色谱法测定含量车草叶酸含量。结果:12个不同产地诺丽水分含量范围为3.762%-10.850%,总灰分含量范围为5.171%-18.469%,黄酮含量范围为6.997-16.697mg/g,多糖含量范围为30.101-64.021mg/g,车叶草酸含量范围为0.651-4.217mg/g。以黄酮含量为评价指标,海南文昌地区诺丽品质最佳;以多糖含量为评价指标,云南景洪市地区诺丽品质最佳;以车叶草酸含量为评价指标,海南兴隆镇诺丽品质最佳。结论:该研究结果能为诺丽原料的品质评价提供理论依据。Objective:To establish the methods for quality evaluation of Noni fruit.Methods:The moisture content and ash content were determined respectively with the methods in appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 edition),the contents of flavonoids and polysaccharides were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry,and the content of asperulosidic acid was determined by HPLC.Results:The content of moisture,ash,flavonoids,polysaccharide and asperulosidic acid in Noni fruit samples from 12 different regions were in the range of 3.762%-10.850%,5.171%-18.469%,6.997-16.697mg/g,30.101-64.021mg/g,0.651-4.217mg/g,respectively.Take flavonoids as the evaluation index,Noni fruits from Wenchang city in Hainan province were the best;take polysaccharides as the evaluation index,Noni fruits from Jinghong in Yunnan province were the best;take asperulosidic acid as the evaluation index,Noni fruits from Xinglong Town in Hainan province were the best.Conclusion:The results can provide theoretical foundation for the quality evaluation of Noni fruit.
