摘　　要：目的:探讨髋痹病患者3种中医证型临床病例资料中症状、体征及影像学表现。方法:收集确诊为髋痹病的患者共321例的临床资料,分为气滞血瘀型(63例)、肝肾亏虚型(134例)、痰湿痹阻型(124例),临床症状用Harris评分、FPS-R评分,影像学评估用X线、MRI(积液)检测,采用STATA 12.0统计软件进行计算分析。结果:在髋关节功能Harris及FPS-R评分方面,3种证型的髋痹病患者分布均有显著统计学差异,3种证型的髋痹病患者均以影像学上髋关节X线表现有改变者为主,且关节积液在3种证型的髋痹病患者分布中均有显著统计学差异。结论:初步筛选出不同中医证候髋痹病患者常见的临床表现及影像学表现,能够较准确的反映髋痹病的临床特点。Objective：To investigate the clinical symptoms,signs and imaging features of patients with hip impediment disease.Methods：The clinical data of 321 patients with hip impediment disease were collected All the patients were randomly divided into three groups：Qi stagnation and blood stasis group（63 cases）,the dei ciency of liver and kidney group（134 cases）,phlegm dampness and stasis obstruction group（124 cases）.Clinical symptoms were evaluated by Harris hip score and face pain scale-revised,and radiographic assessment were detected by X-ray and MRI.The data was analyzed by STATA 12.0 software.Results：In Harris and FPS-R score of hip joint function,there were significant differences in the distribution of the three types of patients.The three types of patients mainly changed in the X-ray image of the hip joint and joint hydrops distribution in the three types of patients had significant statistical difference.Conclusion：Clinical characteristics and imaging features of patients with hip impediment disease with different syndromes can accurately rel ect the clinical characteristics of hip impediment disease.
