摘　　要：川东北经济区坐拥众多旅游资源,在四川"十三五"总体规划背景下和五市共商旅游产业发展大计的背景下,分析川东北旅游资源结构,并结合旅游资源战略性发展所必须具备的三要素——资金实力,旅游资源区域性、多样性和综合性,对利益者的吸引性,从旅游发展规划、发展特色、发展重点的角度为川东北经济区战略性旅游资源开发提供参考.The northern--eastern Sichuan has a rich tourism resources. Under the background of ＂the 13th Five--year Plan＂ in Sichuan and the tourism industry development plan from the five cities＇ joint-- discussion, this paper analyzes the structure of tourism resources in the northern--eastern Sichuan, the three elements of the strategic development of the tourism resources, inclusding the capital, the regional characters, diversity and comprehension of tourism resources, and the attraction to the investers, and the plan, spacialities and key points of tourisn~
