摘 要:临床实习是促进医学生成长的重要阶段,同时也是培养学生自主学习能力以及技能操作能力的重要环节.小儿心胸外科的诊疗工作较为精细,且治疗措施大多具有有创性,存在着较大的风险,因而对临床带教的要求更高.进一步提高小儿心胸外科的临床带教质量,应注重培养学生的临床兴趣及思维,要综合运用多媒体教学等多种教学模式,运用辅助检查进行教学互动,同时还要注重培养学生的临床心肺体检能力、外科无菌操作技能和良好的医患沟通能力.Clinical practicing is an important stage for medical students to grow up, it's also a key step to foster the students' ability to study on their own and their operational capacity. It is meticulous for diagnosis and treatment work in Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery. And most of therapeutic measures are trauma and have bad risks, which need more requirements for clinical teaching. To promote the quality of clinical teaching in therapeutic, we should pay more attention to foster students' clinical interests and thoughts. The multimedia teaching can be used as a complementary measure. At the same time we should put emphasis upon fostering students' three capabilities on checking clinical heart and lungs, surgery sterile working and favorable communication skills between doctors and patients.
