步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗心血管神经症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察对心血管神经症患者治疗中步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸的临床疗效。方法选取在2013年11月-2015年11月期间收治的接受心血管神经症治疗的患者140例为研究对象,按照随即数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组70例患者,分别给予步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸治疗和常规治疗。结果观察组患者临床效果以及治疗后焦虑评分和抑郁评分情况均与对照组患者存在明显差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论步长稳心颗粒联合骨化三醇胶丸对心血管神经症的治疗改善并缓解患者抑郁和焦虑的症状,具有较为理想的效果。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of step metacentre grain combined with capsule＆#39;s of calcitriol in treatment of patients with cardiovascular neurosis. Methods 140 cases of patients with cardiovascular neurosis which accepted treat-ment were selected from November 2013 to November 2015 in the hospital. According to the digital table method, all patients were di-vided into observation group （ 70 patients） and control group （ 70 patients） , and were given step metacentre grain combined with cap-sule of calcitriol therapy and conventional therapy respectively. Results There was significant difference between observation group and control group in clinical effect, anxiety scores and depression scores after treatment （ P〈 0.05） . Conclusion In the process of im-plementation of treatment in patients with cardiovascular neurosis, step metacentre grain combined with capsule-s of calcitriol has rela-tively ideal effect, which can improve the effect of clinical treatment and the condition of patients, alleviate the symptoms of patients with depression and anxiety, and worth clinical promotion and application.
