舒缓疗护病人的中医药适宜技术探析

摘　　要：随着人类社会文明的进步及医学科学的发展,肿瘤的治疗也由以前的追求杀灭肿瘤或瘤体的缩小,转变为以患者的"生存质量"为核心的治疗理念,强调晚期肿瘤患者采取舒缓疗护的重要性。本文针对晚期肿瘤常见并发症,以符合舒缓疗护理念,技术成熟、疗效显著、操作简单、病人受到痛苦小、接受程度高为原则进行筛选,选出适合舒缓疗护病人的中医药适宜技术,希望能为更多的舒缓疗护病人减轻痛苦服务。With the development of human society and the medical science, the tumor therapy has been developed from killing the tumor ceils or reducing the tumor cells to a treatment concept focusing on the life quality of the patients as the core, emphasizing the importance of using the palliative care to treat the terminal cancer patients. The article focuses on the common complications of the terminal cancer, and try to screen the appropriate TCM technology for palliative care based on the principles of mature technology, evident effect, easy operation, less pain and high acceptable levels.
