摘  要:建立了儿童产品中4种高关注物质(苏丹红玉、四溴双酚A、磷酸三(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)酯、磷酸三(2-氯丙基)酯)同时检测的超高效液相色谱-质谱检测方法。样品经乙腈超声萃取后,选择C18柱在3 min内分离4种待测物质。结果表明,本方法所测各物质的定量限为5-500μg/kg。在2-3个数量级浓度范围内,线性相关系数均在0.9995以上。在3个添加水平下,平均回收率为83.7%-97.8%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于5%。本方法操作简单快捷,灵敏度、回收率高,选择性好,能满足实际工作的要求。A reliable UPLC-MS method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 4 chemicals (Sudan Ⅰ, tetrabromobisphenol A, tris ( 1, 3-dichloroisopropyl ) phosphate and tris ( chlorisopropyl ) Phosphate) in children products. The samples were ultrasonic extracted with acetonitrile, and then the four chemicals were separated on a C18 column in 3 min. Results showed that the limit of quantification of the method was between 5 and 500μg/kg. The calibration curves were linear within 2-3 orders of magnitude with typical correlation coefficient above 0 . 9995 . The recoveries ranged from 83 . 7% to 97 . 8% with three addition levels. The sensitivity, recovery and selectivity of the method could fully meet the requirements of practical work.
