摘  要:以某矿山为背景,在增加排土场容量和保证边坡稳定性的前提下对排土场堆置参数进行优化设计,利用3DMine软件对优化后的排土场进行建模,并利用Slide软件对排土场的两个典型剖面进行稳定性分析,最终得到最佳的排土场堆置参数:排土场第一台阶高度为10 m,其余台阶高度为20 m,台阶总高度250 m;最小工作平盘宽度第一台阶50 m,其他台阶55 m;台阶坡面角30(o),最终边坡脚15(o),排土场容量2.07×108 m^3,较以前增加3.1×107 m^3;通过bishop法和janbu法对两个剖面进行稳定性分析,分别得出边坡安全系数A-A'剖面1.319、1.265,B-B'剖面1.389、1.347,均大于1.15,设计参数合理可靠。This paper takes the background of a mining enterprise, In the premise of increasing the capacity of the waste dump and ensuring the stability of the slope, optimizing the parameters of the waste dump ,3DMine software is used to model the optimized dump site, and Slide software is used to analyze the stability of two typical profiles of the dump, finally get the best parameters of the waste dump :the first step height is 10 m,the rest steps height are 20 m,the totally height of steps is 250 m; the minimum working Berm Width of first step is 50 m, other steps are 55 m; the angle of bench slope is 30 (°), and the angle of ultimate slope is 15 (°), the capacity of waste dump is 2.07×108 m3 than the previous increase of 3.1 ×107 m3;Stability analysis of two sections by Bishop and Janbu. Parameter optimization and stability analysis of dump sitelt is concluded that the slope safety factor of A-A' section are 1.319, 1.347 respectively, and the safety factor of B-B' section are 1.389 and 1.347 respectively, both of which are great than 1.15, and the design parameters are reasonable and reliable.
