高纯纳米TiO_2新型制备技术研究

摘  要:以钛精矿为原料,采用盐酸—硫酸法制备出高纯纳米TiO_2的新技术。主要研究内容包括:盐酸浸出制备富钛料、富钛料的硫酸酸解和水浸、稀钛液的浓缩、Fe^(3+)萃取、硫酸氧钛的水解、偏钛酸的煅烧等方面的工艺。过程研究结果表明:对TiO_2含量为46.18%钛精矿采用盐酸法浸取,可得到TiO_2含量为94.03%富钛料,杂质去除效果明显;对富钛料采用硫酸法制备出高纯纳米TiO_2,粒度分布为50nm左右,纯度达到99.95%,且一次回收率达94%以上;采用该方法,不仅制备出高纯纳米TiO_2,而且制备过程优化简洁,清洁环保。The new technology of producing high purity nanometer TiO2 by using Hydrochloric acid - Sulfuric acid Method could be adopted when utilizing titanium concentrate as raw material. The main research contents includes preparation of titanium rich material by hydrochloric acid leaching, sulfuric acid solution and water leaching of titanium rich material, dilute titanium concentrate, extraction of Fe3+, hydrolysis of TiOSO4, and calcination of HETiO3. The research results indicated that when TiO2 with content of 46.18% titanium concentrate was extracted through hydrochloric acid method, the richer titanium material TiO2 with content of 94.03% could be obtained with obvious removal effects. Received higher purity nanometer TiO2 was then adopted with sulfuric acid method. As a result, much higher purity nanometer TiO2 with content of 99.95% and size distribution of 50 nm could be obtained. Therefore, Hydrochloric acid - Sulfuric acid Method should be adopted to obtain high purity nanometer TiO2, for the whole technics are uncomplicated and environmental protected.
