摘　　要：电解金属锰行业本身具有"三高一低"的性质,电解锰在发展的过程中会形成较为严重的环境污染问题。本文通过对四川省松潘县小新乡居民锰污染意识的调查进行延伸,围绕电解锰行业产生的废水、废气以及废物污染等污染现象,对其合理的防治建议进行了思考。Electrolytic manganese industry itself has the nature of the ＂3 tall one low＂, electrolytic manganese can form in the process of the development of the serious environmental pollution problems.
