摘　　要：目的探讨围手术期护理支持对择期脑血管介入患者的应用效果。方法选择2014年7月～2015年12月深圳市南山区人民医院神经科择期行脑血管介入诊治的患者共70例，其中观察组35例，对照组35例。对照组采用一般护理模式，观察组在术前参观导管室并加强围手术期护理支持i分析其心理特征变化情况及对护理的满意度、血压、心率的影响。结果两组人院时基本资料差异无统计学意义，经围手术期护理支持后观察组抑郁分数、焦虑分数、护理满意度、对血压、心率影响均明显优于对照组（P分别为0．037、0．001、0．035、0．015、0．016）。结论围手术期护理支持对择期脑血管介入患者可降低抑郁焦虑分数，提高护理满意度，降低机体血压、一心率的应激反应。Objective To explore the application effect of perioperative nursing support to cerebral vascular intervention patients. Methods 70 cases of cerebral vascular intervention patients cured in Department of Interventional Radiology of Shenzhen City Nanshan District people＇s Hospital form July 2014 to December 2015 were selected and divided into observation group and control group with 35 cases in each. Patients in control group were treated with general nursing mode, and patients in observation group were treated with visiting the catheter room before operation and strengthening perioperative nursing support. Changes in psychological characteristics and the effect of satisfaction, blood pressure and heart rate on nursing care were analyzed. Results There was no difference in basic data between the two groups. After perioperative nursing support, depression score, anxiety score, nursing satisfaction, influence on blood pressure and heart rate of observation group were all better than those of control group with P respectively 0.037, 0.001, 0.035, 0.015, 0.016. Conclusion Perioperative nursing support to cerebral vascular intervention patients can reduce depression and anxiety score, improve nursing satisfaction, and reduce stress response of blood pressure and heart rate.
