腹腔镜子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术治疗子宫脱垂的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术治疗脱垂的疗效分析。方法将我院2014年5月～2016年1月收治的40例子宫脱垂Ⅱ～Ⅲ度的患者随机分为研究组20例和对照组20例，研究组采用腹腔镜子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术，对照组行传统阴式子宫切除及阴道前后壁修补术予以治疗，观察其临床治疗效果。结果两组患者手术均成功，研究组手术时间、术中失血量、住院时间、复发率明显少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；但在术后恢复情况指标比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在治疗子宫脱垂患者方面，腹腔镜子宫体腹直肌外悬吊术较传统阴式子宫切除术方法操作简单易行，有效的缩短手术时间，降低手术操作难度，减少手术创伤，疗效显著。Objective To investigate the efficacy of laparoscopic treatment of uterine prolapse of the uterus outside the rectus sling. Methods 40 Ⅱ -Ⅲ patients with uterine prolapse degree were analyzed in our hospital from May 2014 to Jan 2016. All the cases were randomly divided into study group of 20 patients and control group of 20 patients. Patients in study group were treated by laparoscopic uterine suspension surgery outside the rectus. Patients in control group were treated by traditional vaginal hysterectomy and vaginal wall repair. The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were the result of what we needed. ResultsTwo groups of patients were operated successfully. The operative time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay, recurrence rate of the study group were significantly less than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. But postoperative recovery showed no significant difference, and it was no statistical significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the traditional vaginal hysterectomy method, laparoscopic uterine suspension surgery outside the rectus operation was simpler, safer and easier, and it could short the operation time effectively, reduce the difficulty of surgical procedures, reduce surgical trauma in the treatment of patients with uterine prolapse.
