摘　　要：基于新型城镇化质量的视角,从经济发展质量、生态环境质量、城乡统筹、公共服务质量等四个维度设计了20个具体评价指标体系,并应用主成分分析对2013年河北省11市新型城镇化质量进行实证研究,研究显示河北省新型城镇化质量极不平衡。在京津冀协同发展的大背景下,提升河北省新型城镇化质量,应有序推进农业转移人口市民化;强化城镇产业就业支撑,推动城乡发展一体化;纳入京津冀城市群大格局,优化城镇化布局。Based on the perspective of new urbanization quality, this paper designs 20 specific evaluation index systems from the following 4 aspects： the qualities of economic development, the qualities of eco-environment, Urban and rural overall planning and public service. And this paper processes an empirical study on 11 cities in Hebei province in 2013 using the method of PCA, studies have shown that the quality of new urbanization is unbalanced in Hebei province. Under the background of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, in order to improve the quality of new urbanization in Hebei province, we should promote the urbanization of rural migrant workers in an orderly way, strengthen employment supporting in urban industry, promote the process of urban-rural integration,optimize the layout structure of urbanization under the development of city cluster in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
