摘  要:以汽车后地板纵梁前段为研究对象,基于Dynaform软件对其进行拉深数值模拟,根据模拟结果进行成形性分析,找出冲压成形板料产生缺陷的原因,结果表明,通过优化压边力和拉深筋的方法能显著改善板料的成形性,缩短零件开发周期,降低了制造成本。Taking the front of automobile rear side member as study object, the drawing numerical simulation was made based on Dynaform software. Its formability was analyzed according to the results of simulation and the defects of the drawing were found out. The resuits showed that the formabflity was significantly improved by optimizing the blank holder force and draw bead, the development cycle was shorten and the manufacturing cost was reduced.
