摘 要:在露天矿汽车胶带机联合运输方式中,半固定破碎站的移设步距是一个重要参数,对整个开拓运输系统的经济效果影响重大。现有的破碎站移设步距的研究成果都存在不足之处。总成本最小法把包含汽车、胶带机、破碎站、井巷工程及增加扩帮剥岩等所有投资和经营成本的总成本作为目标函数,考虑整个深凹露天矿开采期间内各水平对应矿岩运输成本的变化规律,在资金时间价值的影响下,利用计算机程序进行动态分析计算,在一定约束条件下,对半固定破碎站所有可行的移设步距方案分别进行计算和比较,求得最经济合理的移设步距。总成本最小法将对移设步距产生影响的各种可能因素都纳入比较范围,其计算结果更加具有合理性。通过对多个矿山工程实例验证,总成本最小法确定半固定破碎站合理移设步距及组合值是可行的,计算结果是合理的。The carry step of semi-fixed crasher is an important parameter for truck-belt conveyor combined transport in the strip mine. It will bring about significant impact for the whole transport system. The existing research achievement for The carry step of semi-fixed crasher have some shortage. The minimum cost method regard investment and operating costs as objective function,which include the cost of truck,belt conveyor,crasher,mineworkings and strip of rock. It thinks about change rule of operating costs in the whole mineing priod. Under the influence of the time value of capital, dynamic analysis and calculate with calculation program, analysis and compare all of the feasible program, and get the best economicrationality carry step of semi-fixed crasher. The minimum cost method analysis and compare all of the feasible influencing factor, and its result is more reasonable, through the actual engineering example, confirmed that the minimum cost method confirm carry step of semi-fixed crasher is feasible, and calculate result is reasonable.
