摘 要:钛制热交换器换热管与管板的焊接工作量大,且焊接时焊道容易氧化。为了防止氧化,采用小电流慢速焊;为了防止氩气流失快,在换热管内放置铜堵,增加保护效果。这样做虽然能保证焊接质量,但是焊接效率低。因此,在焊枪上加装一种自制的大保护罩,可将整根管的全部焊接高温区置于氩气保护之下,可实现大幅度提速焊接,既保证焊接过程中不氧化,又显著地提高了焊接效率。通过在塔顶分缩器钛换热管端面焊的应用,证明这种焊接方法简单、实用。The welding for heat exchange tubes to tubesheet of titanium heating exchanger was a large amount of job and weld bead can be oxidized easily. In order to prevent oxidation,small current and slow speed should be used in order to prevent oxidation. Copper plugs which increase the protection effect should be placed into the heat exchange tube in order to prevent the loss of argon quickly. Doing so can guarantee welding quality,but welding efficiency is lower. Nowadays,a kind of homemade large shield was placed on the welding torch,all of the welding high temperature region of a tube can be under argon protection,welding speed can be accelerated by a large margin,which ensure no oxidation in the process of welding,and improve the efficiency of welding dramatically. Through appling to titanium heat tubes welding of the dephlegmator which is on a tower top,it proves that this welding method is simple and practical.
