白天与夜间吸氧对心脏病人睡眠的影响

摘　　要：目的分析与比较心血管外科病人夜间吸氧与白天吸氧效果。方法：选取我院心血管外科予以手术治疗的92例患者为研究对象，按随机数字法分为两组，对照组采用白天吸氧，吸氧时间（7：00—19：00）。实验组采用夜间吸氧，吸氧时间（19：00—7：00），比较两组的临床疗效。结果：实验组入睡时间、催眠药物、睡眠障碍、睡眠质量、睡眠时间、睡眠效率、目间功能障碍各维度的得分均明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义。实验组白天指脉氧饱和度≥85％的患者占比明显低于对照组，夜间指脉氧饱和度≥85％占比明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：不同时间段吸氧的心血管外科病人指脉氧饱和度也不相同，夜间吸氧的患者睡眠质量更优于白天吸氧，有利于患者睡眠。Objective Analysis and comparison of the effect of oxygen inhalation and daytime oxygen inhalation in patients with cardiovascular surgery. Results： In the experimental group, the sleep time, hypnosis scores of each dimension of drugs, sleep disorders, sleep quality, sleep time, sleep efficiency, daytime dysfunction were significantly lower than those of control group, the difference is statistically significant. In the experimental group during the day to pulse oxygen saturation is more than or equal to 85% were significantly lower than those of the control group, at night to pulse oxygen saturation is more than or equal to 85% was significantly higher than that of the control group, The experimental group the comparison difference has statistical significance （P〈0.05）.Conelusion： Different time periods of oxygen inhalation in patients with cardiovascular surgery is not the same as the oxygen saturation of the pulse oxygen saturation of patients with sleep quality is better than during the day, it is conducive to the patient＇s sleep.
