射干麻黄汤加减治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘110例效果观察

摘　　要：目的对小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘采用射干麻黄汤加减法治疗的效果进行观察。方法：选取110例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿，随机分为观察组与对照组各55例，观察组给予射干麻黄汤加减治疗方法，对照组给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片治疗，疗程均为2周，对比治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为92．73％，对照组为76．36％，两组对比差异显著，P〈0．05。结论：对于小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿采用射干麻黄汤加减治疗的效果非常理想，在临床中有推广应用的价值。Objective Infantile cou gh variant asthma on a shoot dry ephedra ton ga subtraction treatment effects were observed.Methods： 110 cases of children with cough variant asthma, were randomly divided into observation group and control group, the 55 cases of observation group was given shoot dry ephedra ton ga subtraction treatment, control group given sodium LuSi men g, chewable treatment, a course of two weeks, compare the treatment effect.Results：The observation group treatment the total effective rate was 92.73%,contrel group was 76.36%, significantly difference compared the two groups,P〈0.05. Conclusion：For children with infantile cough variant asthma adopt shoot dry ephedra ton ga subtraction treatment effect is very ideal, has the value of popularization and application in clinical.
