碘对比剂渗漏的相关因素分析及护理对策

摘　　要：目的探讨CT增强检查时碘对比剂渗漏的原因及相关护理对策。方法：回顾性分析3655例CT增强检查中发生碘对比剂渗漏的13例患者，并针对渗漏的原因提出有效的预防措施和护理对策。结果：13例中，严重渗漏2例，其余11例为轻度渗漏，经及时对症处理，无并发症发生。结论：CT增强扫描前为防止出现碘对比剂渗漏，应做好心理护理、患者穿刺部位评估，出现渗漏后采取及时、正确的护理措施，能减少患者痛苦，并预防并发症的发生。Objective To investigate cause for contrast medium perclolation in CT enhancement scanning and nursing strategy.Methods：3655 cases underwent CT enhancement scanning with 13 perclolation were analyzed retrospectively, effective preventive measures and nursing soluting were summarized.Results：2 severe perelolation patients were occurred in 13 cases,and the others were mild,no complications happened duing to timely and correct measures.Conclusions：Psychological nursing and evaluation are important before CT enhancement scanning,it is necessary to adopt surely measures in order to relieve pain of the patients and prevent patients from complications when perelolation happened.
