蓝光照射联合茵栀黄与双歧杆菌治疗黄疸患儿疗效及血红素影响分析  被引量:2

摘  要:目的探讨研究茵栀黄联合双歧杆菌同时蓝光照射对新生儿黄疸患者体内的血红素含量的影响。方法:选择108例新生儿黄疸患者,分为对照组和观察者各54例。其中给予对照组简单的蓝光照射治疗,观察组在对照组相同的照射条件下联合使用茵栀黄和双歧杆菌进行治疗。结果:对照组的有效率为75.9%,观察组为96.4%,对照组明显低于观察组(P=0.002),而且对照组体内的胆红素含量明显高于观察组(P=O.000),发热、皮疹、和腹泻发生率明显高于观察组(P=0.022)。结论:蓝光照射联合茵栀黄和双歧杆菌对黄疸的出现有很好的控制作用,可行性高,值得在临床上推广。Objective To study the effect of Yin Zhi Huang Granules combined with bifidobacterium and at the same time and blue light irradiation on newborn jaundice.Methods: 108 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided bito control group and observation group of 54 cases. The control group simple blue light irradiation in the treatment, the observation group in the control group the same irradiation combined with Yinzhihuang injection and Bifidobacterium treatment. Results: control group, the rate was 75.9%, the observation group was 96.4%, control group was significantly lower than those in the observation group (P = 0.002), and the control of bilirnbiu content in vivo group, significantly higher than those in the observation group (P = 0.000), fever, rash and diarrhea occurred rate was significantly higher than that of the observation group (P = 0.022). Conclusion: blue light irradiation combined with Yin Zhi Huang and Bifidobacterium of jaundice appeared has good control effect, high feasibility, it is worth in clinical promotion.
