摘　　要：目的综合分析流式淋巴细胞亚群检测在维吾尔族再生障碍性贫血（aplasticanemia）患者诊治中的临床意义，为治疗维吾尔族再生障碍性贫皿患者提供科学的参考数据。方法：选取维吾尔族再生障碍性贫血患者31例作为研究对象（作为观察组）．再选取同期我院收治的31例健康者作为对照组。分析两组患者的IgA、IgG、IgM、Cb3＋、CB4＋,CD8＋水平。结果：观察组IgA、IgG、IgM水平高于对照组（P〈0．05），观察组与对照组CD3＋水平比较，无显著差异（P〉0．05），观察组与对照组在CD4＋、CD8＋水平比较有统计学意义（P〈0．05），观察组采用免疫抑制剂治疗前后IgA、IgG、IgM、CD4＋、CD8＋水平有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论：维吾尔族再生障碍性贫血疾病的出现与免疫异常有密切关系。Objective A comprehensive analysis of the flow type of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood in Uygur regeneration barrier anemia, aplastic anemia） diagnosis and treatment of patients in the clinical significance of, for the treatment of Uygur regeneration barrier anemia patients to provide scientific referenoe data. Methods： a total of treated in our hospital from March 2015 - 2016 in March of Uygur in the regeneration of aplastic anemia patients clinical data of 31 cases as the object of study （as observation group）, and then select over the same period in our hospital in 31 cases of healthy persons as control group. The IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3＋, CD4＋, CD8＋ levels of the two groups were statistically analyzed by using SPSS20.0 statistics software. Results： in the observation group IgA, IgG, lgM levels higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）, the observation group and control group, the level of CD3＋ had no significant difference （P〉0.05）, the observation group and the control group in CD4＋ and CD8 ＋ T cells was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, the observation group by before and after immunosuppressive therapy in treatment of IgA, IgG, lgM, CD4＋, CD8＋ have significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： there is a close relationship between the appearance of aplastic anemia and immune abnormality in the patients with aplastic anemia.
