药物联合神经阻滞对减轻带状疱疹神经痛患者疼痛程度减短疼痛症状解除时间的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨药物联合神经阻滞对减轻带状疱疹神经痛患者疼痛程度及减少患者疼痛时间的效果。方法：选取96例带状疱疹神经痛患者，随机分为研究组和对照组各48例。对照组给予单独药物治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上加以神经阻滞治疗。结果：研究组的治疗有效率为95．83％，高于对照组的81．25％（P〈0．05）；研究组VAS，PSQI评分显著低于对照组（P〈0．05）；疼痛时间明显短于对照组（P〈0．05）；两组差异均有统计学意义。结论：药物联合神经阻滞对于带状疱疹神经痛的治疗有较为理想的效果，值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To investigate the drug combination nerve block in patients with herpes zoster neuralgia pain degree and reduce pain in patients with theeffect of the time. Methods：This study selected treated 96 cases of herpes zoster neuralgia patients in our hospital, according to the principle of randomized dividedinto research group and the control group （n=48）. The control group given single drug treatment,the team in the control group on the basis of nerve block therapy.Observation is team＇s efficient treatment, VAS and PSQI score and the length of time of pain. Results：The treatment group effective rate was 95.83%, 81.25%higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）;The team VAS, PSQI score was significantly lower than control group （P〈0.05）;Teamls pain time significantly shorterthan the control group （P〈0.05）;Compared to similar between the two groups have statistical significance.Conclusion： Drug joint nerve block in the treatment ofherpes zoster neuralgia have ideal effect, is worth popularizing in clinical application.
