通管方配合输卵管通水术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究分析应用通管方配合输卵管通水术治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月-2015年12月我院收治的输卵管阻塞性不孕患者82例，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，每组41例。对照组单纯应用输卵管通水术进行治疗，观察组患者在对照组的治疗基础上加服中药行通管治疗。结果：观察组的临床治疗效果显著优于对照组，（P〈0．05）差异具有统计学意义。结论：应用输卵管通水术联合中医通管方治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕的临床治疗效果确切．值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To study the application of pipe side with tubal hydrotubation surgery in the treatment of fallopian tubeobstruction infertility clinical curative effect. Methods： a total of 2015 January 2012 to December 2009 in our hospital werefallopian tube obstruction infertility patients, 82 cases, randomly, the patients were divided into observation group and controlgroup, 41 cases in each group. Results： the clinical therapeutic effect of observation group was significantly better than thecontrol group, P 〈 0.05） the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion： application of fallopian tube hydrotubation surgerycombined with Chinese pipe Decoction ＂in the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction infertility clinical curative effect is exact, itis worth in the clinical application.
