前列舒通胶囊合用喹诺酮类抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎100例临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者接受前列舒通胶囊联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年10月-2015年10月在我院接受治疗的慢性细菌性前列腺炎患者100例为研究对象，将其随机均分为2组，对照组使用喹诺酮类抗生素治疗，观察组应用前列舒通胶囊联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗，比较2组患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者治疗的总有效率为100％，远超对照组的82％，2组差异显著（P〈0．01），有统计学意义。结论：前列舒通胶囊联合喹诺酮类抗生素应用于慢性细菌性前列腺炎的治疗取得了良好的临床疗效，总有效率得以大幅提升，前列腺功能恢复良好，使用安全，值得大力推广。Objective To investigate the chronic bacterial prostatitis patients received top relief in sight-but capsule combined quinolonesclinical curative effect of treatment. Methods： In October 2013-October 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 100 cases of patients with chronicbacterial prostatitis as the research object, which are divided into two groups at random, the control group using quinolones treatment,observation group application among relief in sight-but capsule combined therapy with quinolones, compare the treatment effect of two groupsof patients. Results： The observation group were treated, the total effective rate was 100% 82% more than the control group, two groups ofcontrast exists significant difference（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： High relief in sight-but capsule combined quinolones used in the treatment of chronicbacterial prostatitis achieved good clinical effect, the total effective rate of treatment to a huge rally, prostate function recovered well, use safety,is worth promoting.
