儿童重症监护室临终关怀护理的探讨

摘　　要：目的帮助临终患儿在生命最后阶段平静、舒适地度过，支持、帮助家属度过失去孩子的最为悲痛失控的初期。方法：医师评估患儿病情处于不可逆且对治疗没有任何反应，失去治疗价值，和家属做好充分沟通同意后，对患儿实施最后特别的护理，评估家属的心理状况给予情感支持和适当照顾。结果：通过对10例患儿实施临终关怀护理，患儿能在临终阶段平静地度过，家属也能度过失去孩子的最为悲痛失控的初期。结论：通过对儿童监护室临终患儿的临终关环特殊护理，重视对患儿的关爱，对家属的情感支持，能帮助患儿平静度过生命最后时期，帮助家长度过失去孩子的艰难时期。能有效减少医患纠纷。Objective To help the dying children spent the last stage of their life quietly and comfortably, and to support and help families gothrough the most grief time of losing a child, Methods： After doctors＇fully assessment, children with diseases are irreversible and there is noresponse to treatment, and loss of therapeutic value. And after full communication, family members agree to implement the special nursing forthe dying child. And give emotional support to and take care of family members appropriately after their psychological condition evaluation.Results： through the implementation of hospice care, 13 cases of children were able to spent the last stage calmly. Families can spend the mostgrief time of losing a child. Conclusion： Through the child hospice care of dying patients, special emphasizing on children＇s care, emotionalsupport to family members, can help children go through the final period calmly ,help parents go through the difficult times of losing a child ,effectively reduce medical disputes.
