小柴胡汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗顽固性咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨小柴胡汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗顽固性咳嗽的临床效果，以期提高疗效。方法：选取92例顽固性咳嗽患者，分成2组，对照组46例，常规西医治疗，观察组46例，小柴胡汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗。对比2组的疗效。结果：对照组总有效率80．43％，观察组为93．48％，观察组显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；对照组治疗前后在TNF—a、IL-1、IL-6含量上无明显改善（P〉O．05），观察组上述指标较治疗前明显下降（P〈0．05），且较对照组下降显著（P〈0．05）；生活质量上，观察组治疗后在躯体功能、躯体角色、机体疼痛、健康状况、生命力，情感角色、心理健康、社会功能评分较对照组治疗后显著升高（P〈0．05）。结论：小柴胡汤合半夏厚朴汤治疗顽固性咳嗽疗效显著。Objective To investigate Xiaochaihutang combined Banxiahoupu clinical treatment of intractable cough effect, in order to improvethe outcome. Methods： October 2010 - November 2012 92 patients with intractable cough cases for the study. Results： The control group was34.78%,show the efficiency of 45.65%, total effective rate 45.65%, the observation group cure rate 58.7%, show the efficiency of 34.78%, totaleffective rate 34.78%, observation group is significantly higher than the control group, two groups are significant difference （P 〈 0.05）;Controlgroup before and after treatment in the TNF alpha, IL - 6, IL - 1 on the cc;ntent of no significant improvement （p 〉 0.05）, the observationgroup after treatment in the TNF alpha, IL - 6, IL - 1 on was decreased obviously, the more significant difference before and after treatment （p〈 0.05）, the observation group after treatment in the TNF alpha, IL - 6,IL - 1 down significantly compared with control group after treatment,two groups are significant difference （p 〈 0.05）;On the quality of life, the observation group after treatment in physical function, physicalcharacter, body pain, health, vitality, emotional character, mental health, social function score significantly increased compared with controlgroup after treatment, two groups are significant difference （p 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Xiaochaihutang combined Banxiahoupu treatment ofintractable cough significant effect.
