抗敏消炎洗剂治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨抗敏消炎洗剂治疗颜面再发性皮炎的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分成治疗组、对照组1和对照组2，各40例。治疗组给予抗敏消炎洗剂湿敷，每次20 min，早晚各一次，同时服用盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液10 m1，1次／d；对照组1给予蓝科肤宁湿敷，每次20min，早晚各一次；对照组2仅服用盐酸左西替利嗪口服溶液10 ml，1次／d：连用1个月后，观察和比较各组患者的皮损情况及不良反应等。结果：三组均按照要求治疗1个月后，治疗组、对照组1和对照组2的临床疗效分别为92．5％、90％、65％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；治疗组与对照组1差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论：抗敏消炎洗剂能够有效治疗颜面再发性皮炎，值得临床推广使用。Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect on Kangmin Xiaoyan Lotion in the treatment of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis.Methods：Divide 120 cases into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 randomly,and 40 cases in each group.The treatment groupwas given Kangmin Xiaoyan Lotion wet compress,each 20min,sooner or later each time,while taking Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral SolutionlOml,1 times a day;the control group I was given Velveffeeling wet compress,each 20rain,sooner or later each time;the control group 2 wastaking Levocetirizine Hydrochloride Oral Solution 10ml, ltimes a day;then observe and compare skin lesions and adverse reactions in eachgroup 1 months later.Results：After 1 months treatment, the clinical curative effect of treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2 were92.5%,90%,65%, there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group 1 （P〉0.05）,but the difference wasstatistically significant when the treatment group and the control group 1 compared with the control group 2 （P〈O,O5）.Conclusion：KangminXiaoyan Lotion can be effective in the treatment of Facial Recurrent Dermatitis,it is worthy of clinical application.
