摘　　要：传统民族社区治理中社会组织功能的科学化、规范化是多民族国家治理现代化的必然选择。现代国家治理体系包括政府治理、市场治理和社会治理,传统民族社区治理中社会组织的现代化是多民族国家社会治理现代化最本质的内容之一,也是传统民族社区治理走向现代化的有力推手。通过研究发现传统民族社区治理现代化过程中社会组织的发展具有明显的强政府弱社会风格,部分社会组织参与社会治理的主动性意愿有待加强;理论研究与实践滞后于现实社会发展对传统社会组织治理参与功能的现实需求;外生性制度阻滞与内生性动力不足并存导致传统社区社会组织的整体整合能力较弱;传统民族社区治理现代化过程中党的领导、政府施政与社会组织自律的关系有待进一步规范化、制度化。With the constant perfection of Chinese market mechanism and the gradual development of public administrative reformation as well as the social structural imbalance made by rapid urbanization, macro-national corporate governance should be contain government governance, market governance and social governance. The enhancement and innovation in traditional social organizations management is an inevitable requirement to build modern nation government governance mechanism in Traditional- Ethnic Community. Through the study, we can come to the conclusion that, the relationship between the leadership of the party, the government management and the self-discipline of traditional social organizations should be further standardization and institutionalization.
