摘  要:以端异氰酸酯基聚丁二烯(ITPB)为基体,纳米二氧化硅为固化剂,制备了聚丁二烯型聚氨酯/纳米二氧化硅弹性体。考察了不同溶剂对弹性体力学性能的影响,并采用红外光谱对原材料、聚丁二烯型聚氨酯/纳米二氧化硅弹性体及固化反应过程进行了表征。结果表明,以环己酮为溶剂制备的弹性体力学性能最佳;ITPB中的—NCO和纳米二氧化硅表面的—OH的反应是逐步缓慢进行的,—NH—和—C=O之间形成了氢键;当加入质量分数为12%的纳米二氧化硅时,ITPB中的—NCO完全反应;聚丁二烯型聚氨酯/纳米二氧化硅弹性体硬段中的—NH—基团主要以氢键形式存在。Polybutadiene based polyurethane /nano-silica elastomer was prepared with isocyanate terminated polybutadiene( ITPB) as matrix and nano-silica as curing agent. The effects of solvent on mechanical properties of the elastomer was investigated. The raw materials,polybutadiene based polyurethane / nano-silica elastomer and curing reaction processes were characterized by infrared spectroscopy. The results showed that the mechanical properties of the elastomer prepared using cyclohexanone as solvent were the best. The reaction between—NCO in ITPB and —OH on the surface of nanosilica was occurred gradually, and the hydrogen bonds formed between —NH— and —C=O.When the mass fraction of nano-silica was 12%,—NCO in ITPB reacted completely. —NH— in the hard segment of polybutadiene based polyurethane /nano-silica elastomer mainly existed in the form of hydrogen bonds.
