摘 要:在天然橡胶中添加粉煤灰以部分替代炭黑进行增强,研究了炭黑/粉煤灰的不同填充比例对胶料的硫化特性和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当粉煤灰的用量小于20份时,对胶料的焦烧时间影响不大;当粉煤灰用量超过20份时,焦烧时间缩短,胶料的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和硬度降低。与炭黑并用填充时,当粉煤灰用量小于20份时,两者具有较好的协同增强作用,在胶料硫化特性及硬度基本不变的情况下,拉伸强度优于炭黑或粉煤灰的单一填充体系。Flyash was used to reinforce natural rubber as partial replacement of carbon black. The effects of different mass ratio of carbon black to flyash on curing characteristics and merchanical properties of natural rubber were investigated. The results showed that flyash had little effects on the scorch time,when the amount of flyash was less than 20 phr. The scorch time shortened and the tensile strength,elongation at break and hardness decreased when the amount of flyash was more than 20 phr.When flyash cooperated with carbon black and the amount of flyash was less than 20 phr,the synergetic reinforcement was better. The curing characteristics and hardness remained essentially constant,tensile strength was better than that of reinforced only by carbon black or flyash.
