摘 要:为解决卷烟制丝生产线由于设定值与实际来料流量之间存在差异,导致经常发生烘丝段设备防堵料停机或掺配加香段断流等影响生产的问题。根据实际生产工艺,通过估算喂料机内的实际烟丝存量,根据配方参数确定其控制值,增大喂料机烟丝极限装存量以及在一定条件下提前结束喂料机预填充状态等方法,提出了自动控制的解决方案。该控制系统通过SIMULINK模拟仿真获得较佳控制参数。进而在PLC中编制了自动控制程序并在实际生产应用。实际应用表明烘丝段和掺配加香段的生产变得更加顺畅和紧凑,提高了生产效率和减少了工人的劳动强度。The mass flow set point of cut tobacco metering weighbelt in blending and flavoring segment of tobacco primary processing line is manual controlled, anti-block shutdown in drying segment and discontinuous of mass flow in blending and flavoring segment comes up frequently due to the mismatch between set point and actual flow of upstream tobacco mass flow. According to the characteristics of current equipment, four aspects of modification are applied as follows:calculating the actual weight of tobacco in feeder,developing mass flow control plan of cut tobacco metering weighbelt, determining the control parameter according to the recipe, increasing the feeder limited stock,terminating the pre-filling state of feeder when certain conditions are met. The plan is simulated in SIMULINK to get preferred control parameters. Besides, we write control program in the PLC and put it into use, which not only made the producing process become smooth and compact, but also improved the production efficiency and reduced labor intensity.
