摘  要:为了研究某轴向通风无刷励磁机的流场特点,依据计算流体动力学原理,采用有限体积法,建立该励磁机三维通风物理模型,并给出相应的边界条件,采用fluent软件对厂商提出的两个方案的流场进行数值模拟.结果表明,两方案的流动迹线特征不同,励磁机入出口无压差,定、转子轴向风沟间出现环流;入出口压差为742 Pa时,定、转子轴向风沟中的空气从风沟中直接流出并进入出风筒.采用有限体积法与等效风路法所得方案二的入口体积流量误差为0.04%,在工程允许范围内,证明了结果的合理性.研究结果可为同类型励磁机的风路设计提供参考.Based on computational fluid dynamics principle, applying finite volume method, the 3-D ventila- tion physical model of the whole machine was established and corresponding boundary conditions are given to study the flow field characteristics. Using Fluent software, the flow field of two schemes proposed by the manufacturer was numerically simulated. The results show that flow path line feature of two schemes is different. When the pressure difference of inlet and outlet is 0 Pa, circulation between axial stator and rotor ducts appears. The pressure difference of inlet and outlet is 742 Pa, air of the axial stator and rotor ducts flows out directly from the ducts and then goes into the chimney fan. The error of air volume flow rate of the inlet solved with finite volume method and equivalent wind path method is 0.04%, which is within the engineering permission and proves rationality of the results. The results provide references for the wind path design of the same type exciter.
