摘  要:采用顶部耔晶法生长了不同Li/Nb(Li/Nb=0.94,1.05,1.20and1.38)的Zr:Fe:LiNbO_3单晶.测试了Zr:Fe:LiNbO_3晶体的分凝系数.实验结果表明,Li/Nb=1.38的Zr:Fe:LiNbO_3晶体有的Zr离子分凝系数减少并趋于1,随着熔体中Li/Nb比增加,晶体Li/Nb比增加,结合LiNbO_3晶体的占位机制和锂空位缺陷解释了这一实验结果.Zr: Fe : LiNbO3 crystals with various Li/Nb ratios ( Li/Nb = 0. 94, 1. 05, 1. 20, 1. 38 ) have been grown by Top Seeded Solution Growth method. The segregation coefficient of the Zr4 + and Fe3+ were measured. It can be derived from measurement made that the segregation coefficient of the Zr4+o f Zr:Fe:LiNbO3 crystal decreased with increased Li/Nb ratios and its tend to 1. And that with the increase of Li/Nb mole ratios in the melts, the increases Li/Nb mole ratios in the crystals. The experimental results were analyzed based on the Li-va- cancy defect model.
