摘  要:建立了一种复合维生素B片中4种水溶性维生素的高效液相色谱分析方法.采用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6mm×100mm,3.5m)反相色谱柱,流动相为乙酸盐缓冲液(乙酸调节pH=3.22)和甲醇,选择不同比例混合溶液进行梯度淋洗,进样量5μL,检测波长为270nm.4种维生素B在浓度为0.8~400mg/L的范围内,相关系数r2为0.998 8~0.999 9,检出限为0.05~0.40 mg/L,加标回收率在87.7%~103.3%之间,相对标准偏差均低于0.33%.该方法实现了对片剂维生素B片中维生素B1、B2、B3和B6的准确测定.A method for simultaneous analysis of four water-soluble B vitamins in vitamin B tablet by HPLC was developed in this research paper.The samples were separated on a ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18(4.6mm×100mm,3.5μm)reversed phase column with gradient elution.The mobile phase was composed of methanol and acetate buffer(pH value was adjusted to 3.22 by acetic acid)with different ratios.The detection wavelength was set at 270 nm and injection volume was 5μL,the linear correlation coefficients were between 0.998 8and 0.999 9in the range of 0.8to 400mg/L.The adding standard recovery of compounds ranged from 87.7% to 103.3% with the relative standard deviations being less than 0.33%.The established method was applied to quantitative analysis of vitamin B1,B2,B3 and B6in the vitamin B tablet,and the results were satisfactory.
