摘  要:以自制湿固化型聚氨酯热熔胶(PUR)为研究对象,通过对前风挡玻璃胶粘剂进行受力分析,考查了PUR聚氨酯热熔胶在不同养护温度、不同养护时间条件下的初始粘接强度和初始剪切强度的变化规律,综合分析了安全驶离限制性条件。结果表明:当温度T≤-10℃时,汽车前风挡玻璃维修后在0.5 h即达到快速安全驶离要求。In this paper,.the self-made moisture-curable hot melt polyurethane adhesive(PUP.) is the study object The forcing analysis of the front windscreen adhesive was carried out, then the change regularities of initial bonding strength and initial shearing strength of polyurethane hot melt adhesive under different curing temperature and curing time were investigated and the restrictive factors of fast driving away for windscreen maintaining with PUR were synthetically analysized. The results show that when the temperature is ≤-10℃, the safely driving away time for the automobile front windscreen after repairing is 0.5 h
