摘  要:通过对FPC柔性天线的结构以及应用的研究分析,找出天线起翘,即粘接失效的原因。主要从压敏胶带的粘接原理入手,对影响胶接质量的多方面因素进行技术分析并给出可行性建议。例如对被粘接材料的表面性能、纹理及表面处理等提出要求,FPC贴合过程中应采用适合的压力、时间和温度,还对FPC产品结构改善提出建议。The structure and application of the FPC flexible antenna were anaylzed to find out the reason of bonding failure. Based on the bonding principle of pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA). The factors of affecting the bonding quality feasible proposals were presented. For example, the requirements for the materials, texture and treatment on bonding surface were proposed, and the suitable pressure, time and temperature should be used in the FPC bonding process. The suggestions on improvement of FPC product structure were also put forward.
