摘　　要：全球经济金融治理没有亘古不变的所谓"普世标准"或最佳模式。中国金融深度参与、协调推动全球经济金融治理,既是中国有所作为、谋求更好外部发展环境的客观需要,也是全球经济金融治理因时而变、寻求更优发展路径的必然趋势。中华文化的哲学基础、中国对外的发展理念、蒸蒸日上的中国金融,是处理当代国际关系、完善全球治理的中国智慧和中国方案,是人类社会解决当前治理难题、应对21世纪各种挑战的关键。There is no everlasting ＂universal measure＂ or optimal pattern in global economic and financial governance. China＇s finance deeply involving in and coordinately promoting global economic and financial governance, are not only the objective needs of China making difference and searching a better external environment for development, but also the inevitable trend of global economic and financial governance changing over time and seeking a better developing route. Philosophical basis of Chinese culture, China＇s foreign development principles thriving China＇s financial industry, which are China＇s solution and Chinese wisdom for handling contemporary international relationships and improving global governance, are also crucial for human society dealing with problems of current governance and challenges of the 21st century.
